An old post office building becomes a dynamic cultural center
Transparent passageways measuring 25 m in length extend between the old building, a jewel of modernist architecture at the beginning of the 1950s, and the new rear building. They lead visitors to the various rooms of the cultural center and animate the outside area, an amphitheater above which they are suspended. The solid steel plates appear to be held together as if by a steel thread in a crisscross pattern and allow a view through to the facades.
