Ratingen, April 6, 2021 – As a fundamental part of the Operate & Manage Division of the Nemetschek Group's sustainable long-term strategy, Germany's sales activities bundle under the CREM SOLUTIONS label.
CREM SOLUTIONS is the brand behind iX-Haus, Germany’s leading property management solution. CREM SOLUTIONS, based in Ratingen, will become a full distributor for the products of its international sister brand Spacewell to the German market.
With this refocusing, CREM SOLUTIONS will also be taking into account the wishes of many customers and partners for a continued strong presence of its brand, as CREM SOLUTIONS has been one of the leading providers of software solutions for the real estate industry for over 35 years.
Spacewell products will also benefit from CREM SOLUTIONS’ strong reputation, competent teams, and leading position as a distributor in the German market. To meet growing market demand, CREM SOLUTIONS already started delivering Spacewell’s Smart Building solution Cobundu in 2020. The Cobundu platform enables customers to leverage sensor data to monitor space usage and provide a healthier and more productive work environment, while also facilitating a safe post-Covid return to work. Further Spacewell innovations will be added to the portfolio step by step.
