The acquisition is expected to close in summer 2024 and is subject to customary regulatory approval and closing conditions. During the design in the PLT FRILO slab program, users are now able to incorporate the Sch\u00f6ck Isokorb\u00ae types K-U and K-O with height offset as well as the type Z with load-bearing properties for cantilevered components.
