Visualization inspires architects and clientele
If you want to sell apartments, you have to offer your clientele something special – even if the buildings are not even completed yet. The Bergwelt project in the Swiss village of Grindelwald in the Bernese Oberland (Bernese Highlands) presents potential clients with images of the objects even before any actual construction has commenced. These were created by a team of highly qualified graphics specialists, who generated virtual buildings and combined these with real images.
In order to obtain the necessary landscape and reference images for the sequences, it was necessary to go to the actual site of the project which lies at an altitude of 1,100 meters. The aim was to design the spaces in as true-to-life and natural a way as possible. Since it was winter, an aerial drone was required to take the photographs at minus 25°C.
