A residential estate in the context of climate protection

The property comprises 58 apartments in four apartment units in passive house standard. The overall energy concept of the climate protection estate consists of a building envelope in passive house standards, a heat pump system, ventilation systems with heat recovery in each unit and a photovoltaic system. Their yield is used mostly for their own building services. Stiebel Eltron provided the components and was also responsible for consultation and planning of systems.
