• Our principle of round-trip engineering synchronizes data from CAD systems and structural calculations, and the time-consuming multiple entry of draft data is no longer necessary. 

• Modern BIM technology (Building Information Modeling) ensures the exchange of information between all those involved across the complete process chain for the design, construction and management of real estate. An up-to-date data model is guaranteed for the complete life cycle of a building. 

• We are involved with the Industrial Alliance for Interoperability IAI in the ongoing development of the globally open industry standard Industry Foundation Classes IFC and therefore support intelligent data management between CAD solutions and other applications.

We continue to extend our technology leadership through strategic partnerships and participation in research projects:

• The alliance with Adobe Systems Inc. enables our customers to communicate with all project members at standard document level.

• As a planning partner for Hochtief and the Fraunhofer Institute, we are involved in the development of "collaborative real estate" as a prototype for future utilitarian buildings.
