Tim Alexander Lüdke, Board Member and CEO
Member of the Managing Board since 2011

Tim Alexander Lüdke, born in 1968, has been Board Spokesman and CEO since November 1, 2011. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic positioning and further internationalization of Nemetschek AG; managing directors in the operative units report to him directly.
Mr. Lüdke has almost twenty years of experience in and with technology companies. Over the past six years, and finally as partner and head of the Munich office of Russell Reynolds Associates, he has advised management and supervisory boards - predominantly of global IT and telecommunication companies – in the staffing and assessment of management roles.
Before this, he worked for ten years in management positions in Sales, most of the time as a sole managing director and CEO at different locations of General Electrics' IT Solutions Business (previously CompuNet, now Computacenter) in Germany and Austria. Among other things, he managed GE CompuNet’s branches in eastern Germany and its business in northern Germany, before moving to Dell Computers. As a member of Dell’s management, he was responsible for around half of all business in central Europe. Two years later, he returned to GE CompuNet. Soon afterwards, he took over the management of the company’s business in Austria, which he reorganized and later sold for the new owner Computacenter.
Tim Alexander Lüdke graduated in business studies from the WHU - Otto Beisheim University, and has lived in Germany, Austria, France, Britain and the US. He has been married for twenty years and has two children.
