On behalf of the whole Nemetschek Group, the Managing Board stands for the quality of the products and services from Nemetschek. As a body for corporate governance, it is responsible for the group's strategic direction and leadership, and presents Nemetschek AG to the capital market and public.
Ernst Homolka, Management Board and CEO

Ernst Homolka, born 1966, was appointed to the Management Board on January 1, 2007, initially as Board Spokesman. Since May 2008, in his capacity as sole member of the Managing Board and CEO, he has been responsible for all the departments at Nemetschek AG.
Ernst Homolka has been at Nemetschek AG since 1999. He was Nemetschek AG's authorized signatory and worked in senior management in various subsidiaries. He was also responsible for the area of finance and administration in several leadership roles, most recently as director.
Ernst Homolka began his career in 1990 at the Hilton International chain, where he worked in various commercial positions up until 1994. He then moved to the Kempinski group, where, as authorized signatory, he was responsible for the commercial management of the "Vier Jahreszeiten" hotel in Munich and group accounting for Kempinski AG.
