Michael Westfahl leaves Nemetschek

Munich, 8. April 2008 - Michael Westfahl, member of the Managing Board responsible for sales and marketing at Nemetschek AG, is to step down on May 20, 2008 and resign from the company on the same day by mutual agreement due to different views on the future orientation of the Nemetschek Group.

The Supervisory Board regrets Mr Westfahl’s departure and expresses its gratitude for his long-standing and valuable contribution to the success of the company.

Ernst Homolka, CFO and Board Spokesman, will assume Michael Westfahl’s responsibilities.

Michael Westfahl has been a member of the Nemetschek AG Managing Board since the start of 2005, and was responsible for sales and marketing. Prior to this, he was general manager of Nemetschek Deutschland GmbH for three years.
