GEX - German Entrepreneurial Index

Based on its ownership structure, Nemetschek AG is part of the GEX, the Deutsche Börse index for small and medium-sized enterprises. The GEX was introduced on January 3, 2005 and contains all "owner-dominated" companies from the Prime Standard segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange that have been listed no longer than 10 years. "Owner-dominated" is defined as follows: Members of the Managing and Supervisory Boards or their families hold between 25 % and 75 % of the voting shares. In the past, the GEX has often outperformed the market average.
