Corporate Governance
The German Corporate Governance Code presents essential statutory regulations for the management and supervision of German listed companies and contains internationally and nationally recognized standards for good and responsible governance. Nemetschek follows these recommendations with a few exceptions. Any deviations from the Corporate Governance Code are explained in the declaration of conformity.
Nemetschek views corporate governance as an ongoing process. Accordingly, the corporate governance principles will be regularly reviewed - and where necessary adjusted - in the light of new insights, changes to statutory provisions and optimized national and international standards. The declaration of conformity is restated once a year.
