Tim Alexander Lüdke will become spokesman (CEO) of Nemetschek AG
Munich, 19. October 2011 - At its ordinary meeting on October 19, 2011 the supervisory board of Nemetschek AG (ISIN 0006452907) appointed Mr. Tim Alexander Lüdke (43) to the managing board and as chief executive officer (CEO) with effect from November 1, 2011.
On request of the current sole member of the board, Ernst Homolka, three months ago the supervisory board passed a resolution to extend the managing board of the company. Mr. Lüdke was selected in a professional process. In addition to responsibility for the operating business he will, in particular, significantly strengthen the strategic orientation, innovation management and the internationalisation of the Nemetschek Group.
Tim Alexander Lüdke, until recently partner of the consultancy firm Russell Reynolds, has almost twenty years' experience in technological companies. He started his career in industry in 1992 at CompuNet with further general manager posts at General Electric and Dell.
Sole member of the managing board until now, Ernst Homolka (44), will again take up the function of chief financial officer (CFO) from November 1.
