Nemetschek increases Dividend
Nemetschek AG increases dividend to 0.65 euros per share after successful fiscal 2007.
Munich, 21. May 2008 - A dividend payout of 0.65 euros per share for 2007 was decided at Nemetschek AG’s Annual General Meeting today. The dividend last year was 0.56 euros per share.
In the last business year the Nemetschek Group achieved superb results both in terms of sales and earnings and thus continued the positive trend of recent years.
"We can look back on a successful 2007 and we want our shareholders to benefit from this," said Ernst Homolka, CEO of Nemetschek AG, at the Annual General Meeting in Munich. The company is pursuing a continuous dividend policy and is paying a dividend for the fourth time in succession already.
Nemetschek closed fiscal 2007 with sales of 146.2 million euros – 36.0 percent more than the previous year’s 107.5 million euros. At the same time the EBITDA increased by 62.9 percent to 33.6 million euros, up from 20.7 million euros in the previous year. The earnings per share increased to 1.52 euros from 1.41 euros in 2006.
